Jump into the world of books with the Check it Out Book Club. This club will utilize our library Book Club in a Bag kits and discussion guides to explore a wide range of genres.

This month the group is reading Bear Necessity by James Gould-Bourn.

End of Summer Party

6:00 PM | 1 Mill Street, Orangeville

Celebrate a summer of reading with an after hours party in the library! Enjoy a magic show with the great Steverino. Don’t forget to grab a slice of cake.

The Museum of Dufferin Archives is bringing their Green Screen Experience.

"Ever wondered what it would be like to step back in time? Participants can pose in front of our green screen and be digitally placed into historic photographs from Dufferin County's past. You might find yourself on a bustling Main Street from 100 years ago, standing on the wing of an airplane, or joining the crew on a steam train!" All the participants leave with a photograph to keep (physical copy - not digital). All images are erased from our ipad after the event and are not used by the MoD in anyway.

Teen Chronicles

4:00 PM | Alder Street Library

Chat about your favourite books, discover new ones and meet friends. The Teen Chronicles Book Club meets monthly at the Alder Library.

Teens can earn volunteer hours by leading one of the meetings or writing book reviews.
