If you have not had the opportunity to experience the Awesome Human Library, this is your chance to learn about this exciting international program. We invite you to join us on Microsoft Teams for three evenings of engaging conversations with human books who will share their life stories and wisdom. Each session features a pre-recorded one-on-one conversation, and an opportunity for you to speak with our guests after the presentation.

All sessions begin at 7 p.m.

• Tuesday, August 3, Library staff member Nicole Agar speaks with professional Drag Queen Devoit O'Virtue, who shares stories of how they got into the business and what Drag means to them.
• Wednesday, August 4, Ann D. Lishous shares the process of applying make-up and costume along with discussion of the perils of cross-dressing in an intimate monologue, hosted by Library CEO Darla Fraser.
• Thursday, August 5, Councillor Lisa Post chats with Dr. David Tilley, a gay family doctor who was on the front-line of treating HIV patients in Toronto in the early years.
