Join the ESQ Team for the Bright and Eco-Friendly House virtual workshop.
On no! Our power went out due to electrical overloads. Participants will learn how to build a night-activated circuit in order to prevent electrical overloads in a house. They will also explore how to distribute light inside a house by designing and building a model house.
This virtual session presented by the University of Waterloo Engineering Science Quest (ESQ) is for children in grades 6 to 8.
Please register to receive the livestream link to participate at home. NOTE: this session requires participants to pick-up a kit of supplies ahead of time from the library to take part. Once registered, a library staff member will be in touch to coordinate pick-up.
