This week at Tween Club, we'll be learning about local and global Indigenous cultures. Try your hand at making Boruca masks from Costa Rica and dot painting, an art form created by Australian Aboriginal Peoples. Additionally, our wonderful summer student, Evelyn, is going to share her experiences of traveling to different Indigenous reserves around the world!
Ages 9 to 12 - This is a drop in program.
End of Summer Dance Party - Tuesday, August 26, 6 to 7:30 p.m., Mill St. Library. Wrap up a great summer of reading with music, dancing, treats and prizes. Please register in advance (one form per child). This program is for children 12 and under.
As the dance party is after the library closes for the day, parents are required to remain in the library during the program.
