Meet local author Hugh Russel at the Shelburne Public Library, 201 Owen Sound St. Hugh will share his latest title "Till the Swallows Awaken: a Lord James Horn and Anthony Hillman mystery" about German espionage in England during WWI. He is the author of four mystery/adventure novels, an acclaimed artist and a former broadcaster.
