Do you need to replace or obtain legal Canadian identification? The Dufferin County Law Association in partnership with the Library is hosting an Identification Clinic at the Mill Street location on Friday, November 7 from 4:30 to 6 p.m. This is a drop in program.

Assistance with obtaining:

• Ontario Health Card
• Social Insurance Number
• Canadian Birth Certificates
• Verification of Status or Record of Landing for clients born outside of Canada (ROL)
• Ontario Photo ID
• Canadian Marriage Certificate (MC)
• Canadian Death Certificate (CDC)

The ID Clinic doesn’t assist with:

• Passport
• Driver’s License
• Permanent residence card
• Citizenship Card
